Matured in a refill hogshead. Carrying the distinct quality of smoked ham on the nose before running to a sweet, ashy style. The palate is sweet and fruity initially then develops quickly to oily smoke and liquorice notes. The finish is long with aromas of burnt caramel and bonfire ashes.
