Silver Medal - Concours des vins de Blaye 2009
This is a wine with soft tannins with aromas of woods and black fruit, showing out also spicy notes. On the palate, the attack is round and velvety. Flexibility, finesse and its aromatic complexity all contribute to giving it a grand presence. With a beautiful structure, an outstanding balance, this wine is very generous.
For the sake of quality and tradition, the harvest is carried out manually.
Grape Varities : 85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Food & wine pairing : It goes very well with a grilled steak, duck breast and veal with mushrooms.
