Single Malt Speyside 46°
This young Distillery (1974) remains relatively discreet. It produces a light single malt from Speyside with its high stills, mostly marked by citrus fruits.
The nose brings notes of heather and humid earth. Then come aromas of plum and citrus fruits marmalade. The Palate is rather malty with a nice presence of citrus and nuts. It is bitter at first and quickly develops a strong acidity. Nuts and acid fruit, then green apple.
Beautiful contrast between bitterness and sharpness.
